Mihai-Cosmin NICULESCU graduated from POLITEHNICA University of Bucharest – Faculty of Transport and has obtained his Engineering Diploma in Electronics and Telematics in 2005. In 2013 he obtained a PhD in transports with the thesis “Contributions towards information processing in multisensor systems – applications for transport field”. He has more than 10 years of experience in Intelligent Transport Systems. He has been involved in European and national projects related to ITS for road, rail and inland waterway transport and is member of several European expert groups.  He is currently Vice-President Mobility & ITS of SCoR CLUSTER and serving the Network of National ITS Associations as Vice-chairman.
