Mr. Marin TOLE is State Secretary in the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration since 2021. He graduated from the Faculty of Accounting and Agrarian Economics within the Bucharest Ase. He has a PhD in economics since 1999. He is a professor at the Romanian-American University, department of Finance, Credits, Accounting within the Faculty of Internal and International Commercial and Financial-Banking Relations.

His professional experience includes the fields of financial and economic analysis, corporate finance, enterprise budget methods and practices, control, financial management, internal audit, and also covers several national and international research grants.
