Marian Florea graduated from the "Lucian Blaga" University of Sibiu - Faculty of Law "Simion Barnutiu" and holds a master's degree in public administration at SNSPA. He is currently the public administrator of the Maciuca Commune Hall, Valcea County and President of AAPRO.
