Alina – Claudia Ciolan (b.1993, Drobeta Turnu-Severin) is project manager - Smart City Policies and Projects Bureau within the Intercommunity Development Association for Public Transport Bucharest – Ilfov (ADITPBI) since March 1, 2018. Within the association she was involved in preparing projects for Bucharest and obtaining non-reimbursable financing for the purchase of less polluting means of transport (100 electric buses, 100 trams, 130 hybrid buses and 100 trolleybuses). At the same time, she is currently part of the team that elaborates the documentation for the digitization of public transport – the passenger information component. Between 2012 and 2017, Alina – Claudia Ciolan attended the courses of the Politehnica University of Timisoara, specializing in communication and public relations and mechanical engineering – quality management of technological processes. After graduating from her studies, she worked within the Intercommunity Development Association Of The Growth Pole Timisoara, collaborating with the administrative-territorial units in Timis County for the coordinated implementation of the projects contained in strategic documents (integrated urban development strategy and mobility plan). Between September and November 2020, she was seconded to the Ilfov County Council, where she was involved in the preparation of the county's strategic projects (e.g. the multimodal node at Moara Vlasiei).
